The first occasion was an online technical writing course entitled TWC 908 Certificate in Professional Technical Communication - Portfolio. In this course, Mary wrote a variety of technical writing documents. Her writing style is fun and engaging, but also direct and succinct. On a second occasion, Mary demonstrated persistence in identifying areas needing improvement in a course entitled Madcap Flare for Content Creation to be offered by McMurrey Associates (https://mcmassociates.io/). Through her research and recommendation efforts, this course is much more usable and understandable. And she has developed good lead-writer skills with Flare.
